The studios of Violetmedia GmbH emerged from the Studio 70 founded by film producer Horst Manfred Adloff. Since the end of the 1960s productions have been consistently ongoing here. Between 1970 and 1980, many films were cut and dubbed here.
During the 1980s mainly music was recorded. Apart from music production the 1990s brought setting to music of computer games and film synchronisation into the foreground.
The original total of ca. 700 square meters was reduced to about 350 sqm and the premises have been renovated several times. Today, three studios, a canteen, an office, a server and archive space are in operation.
